How do I make a reservation?

Making a reservation is as easy as 123. 

1. On the right hand side of the page, put in your check in and check out dates and press search.

2. All available homes will then generate.

3. Choose the home you want to reserve and click the "BOOK THIS PROPERTY TAB" 

4. After the reservation is confirmed, you will recive a confirmation email within minutes. The confirmation will iinclude payment iand arrival instructions.

How do I pay for my rental?

After you complete the reservation form, You will receive a confirmation by email. All payment amounts and information will be in that email. The initial $200 toward payment of the rental is due within two weeks, with the balance due 35 days in advance. You can pay by check, money order or credit card. If you make a reservation inside 35 days, then the full payment will be due immediately.

Where do I check in?

Most of our guests go directly to the home and enter a 4 digit code to gain access. Some of our guests will be required to check in an the onsite office located 5-10 minutes away from your vacations property. Refer to your arrival instructions on your confirmation for specific directions.

What is provided in the home?

All linens, towels and washcloths are provided. Fully equipped kitchens with all the modern conveniences (microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, etc.), dishes, cookware, cutlery, coffee maker, blender, toaster.

Is there anything not provided?

The initial setup includes –one roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one kitchen trash can liner.  After you arrive, you will need to shop for the above supplies to last for your entire stay. You will also need to bring pool towels for the pool area and a personal hairdryer if needed.

What if I have to cancel?

If you cancel outside of 35 days before arrival then there is a $200 administration fee. If you cancel within 35 days before arrival then your stay is non-refundable.

Do you allow pets or smoking in the home?

 We do not allow pets or smoking in any of our properties. We will ask guests to leave their vacation accommodation without refund if either one of these policies are broken.
