Great Room: 
The family room has a 32" TV, DVD/Video player, cd stereo & Playstation. A full size sofa bed looks out on to the pool area.

Kitchen: 
All appliances 
Tile flooring 
Cookware and table setting for 10 guests 
Washer and dryer in utility room 

Bedrooms: 
1:  Master bedroom with King bed, private bath and TV with digital satellite
2:  Master bedroom with Queen bed, private bath TV with digital satellite
3:  Two Twin beds. 
4:  Two Twin beds. 
Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom 

All bath and hand towels plus linen are provided.

Pool:
Large private heated pool with covered patio.  Patio has four chairs and two loungers with an umbrella table located under covered lanai
Jacuzzi spa is heated to the same temperature as the pool-it is not a hot tub.

Game Room:
Game room has pool table, air hockey table, and darts. 

Highate Park is situated on US27 just 15 minutes from Disney

Stays under 6 nights require a $90 Cleaning fee. It stay is 6 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is waived. Pool heat is an extra $25 per day. Tax is 12%
