Great Room:
The living room has a 27" television and DVD player and digital satellite.
The living room also has a sofa bed.

Cookware and table setting for 10 guests

Bedrooms:
1: Master bedroom with King bed, private bath and TV with digital satellite
2: Master bedroom with Queen bed, private bath and TV with digital satellite
3: Two Twin beds.
4: Two Twin beds.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom
All bath and hand towels plus linen are provided.
Pool:
Large private heated pool with covered patio. Patio has four chairs and two loungers with an umbrella table located under covered lanai and backs onto conservation woodland. There is a secure safety fence around the pool for those with young children, the fence can easily be removed, by an adult, if not needed, there is also outside and under water lighting
Game Room:
Game room has pool table, ping pong, air hockey table, and darts.
Sandy Ridge Community is a brand new development
surrounded by conservation woodlands just off the Old Lake Wilson Road, near to Reunion. Access is by either
the Interstate 4 or the US 17 92. Disney, world class shopping, restaurants, International Drive and dozens of golf courses are just 5-10 minutes away.
