Welcome to our 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home. Our villa includes upgraded landscaping, with recessed windows, fully-equipped laundry and kitchens, verticals, spacious private heated pool with lake view, lanai, pool screen enclosure, upgraded furniture package and many more custom features.

The spacious open plan lounge/dining room is beautifully furnished and opens through patio doors onto a screened swimming pool. To the rear of the property is a woodland conservation area and lake.

Sandy Ridge Community is a brand new development surrounded by conservation woodlands just off the Old Lake Wilson Road, near to Reunion. Access is by either the Interstate 4 or the US 17 92. Disney, world class shopping, restaurants, International Drive and dozens of golf courses are just 5-10 minutes away.
